For new entrants, the ordering of LIS Trunking is straightforward and accomplished through one or more Access Service Request (ASR) and Translation Questionnaire documents.

You will also need to determine the following:

• The local calling area and NXXs
  
  
• The use of CenturyLink tandem and/or CenturyLink direct EO routing
