Interconnection Agreements require that CLECs participate in Quarterly Joint Planning Meetings with CenturyLink to:

• Provide a LIS Trunking Forecast
• Discuss any network projects that are planned for the following year.
• Establish trunk design and provisioning requirements.

You are expected to forecast your projected needs for the next 4 years following two Forecasting Cycles:

• year 1 and year 2: Quarterly Cycle
• year 3 and year 4: Annual Cycle

The Forecast Cycles are also described in the CenturyLink LIS/Type 2 Trunk Forecast Forms.
