CenturyLink will work cooperatively to develop trunking requirements needed for LNP deployment and ongoing utilization.

CenturyLink will work with service providers to:

• Remove under-utilized trunks
• Add to trunk groups
• Move trunks between end office and tandem groups based on trunk utilization data gathered over a reasonable period of time

This effort may take into consideration the stability of LNP order activity and, if at all possible, the service provider's future porting strategies.
