Self-Paced Training
This advanced, self-paced training builds on the information provided in the Enhanced Automated Service Order Entry (EASE) Facility Based Directory Listing course and is intended for those Providers who need additional assistance with completing orders for complex listing arrangements. A significant amount of time will be spent reviewing complex types of listings and records; and creating orders to establish new or to change existing listing arrangements using an Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) Directory Form via EASE.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of this training, the participant will have the skills to:
- Identify the different types of listings and records
- Understand the rules pertaining to complex directory listings
- Understand how to work with multi-Provider owned captions
- Complete OBF Directory Forms for complex listing arrangements
