Viewing Circuit History for Design Circuits

Using the Circuit History option, you can display and print the complete circuit history for Design circuits within your company’s responsibility.
 

  1. In the Qwest CEMR toolbar, click the Design tab.

    2. The Maintain Trouble Report window appears by default.

  2. Click the Circuit History tab.

    3. The Circuit History window appears.

  3. Enter the Circuit ID of the circuit for which you want to view the history.  Guide to Circuit ID formats

  4. Click the Submitbutton.

    The circuit history details are displayed.

 

You can retrieve up to 25 most recent pages of the Design circuit's history.
