CLECs can receive assistance from their CenturyLink Sales and Service Team when establishing Points of Interface (POIs). To do this, CLECS need to be familiar with the following Interconnection options: Entrance Facility, Collocation (Virtual or Physical), Mid-Span Meet POI, and any other technically feasible option. You also need to know about certain options related to specific interconnection options.

A CLEC must establish a POI using one of the Network Interconnection options in your Interconnection Agreement. LIS Trunking is then ordered to the specific CenturyLink switch to exchange traffic.
