Trunks for local service or local traffic will be ordered either directly to CenturyLink’s end office, CenturyLink’s local tandem, or CenturyLink’s access tandems (when ordering SPOP).

Separate trunks will be ordered to CenturyLink’s access tandem for IntraLATA Toll and Jointly Provided Switched Access traffic.
