CLECs have numerous options for products to purchase for interconnection.
All purchased products and services are outlined in the Wireline Interconnection Agreement. This agreement specifies the applicable rate element costs for both recurring and non-recurring charges.
The Wireline Interconnection Agreement specifies information in two main areas:
- The costs of selected options
- How charges will be made
