The cost for LIS Trunking options are flat-rate charged and Minutes of Use (MOU)-rate charged. Flat-rated charges include the following elements on the facility bill:

• Entrance Facility
• DTT
• MUX

MOU-rate charges include the following elements on the trunk-side bill:

• Tandem switching
• Tandem transmission (fixed and variable)
• Local switching
• Transit rate element
