What happens when there are disputes regarding forecast quantities?

1. The parties will not refuse the forecast.
   
   
2. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
   
   
3. If the parties fail to reach a resolution, The Dispute Resolution Provision from the Interconnect Agreement may apply, depending upon your individual Interconnect Agreement.
   
   
4. The lower forecast will be used until the Dispute Resolution process is complete.
   
   
5. Representing CenturyLink in dispute resolution are any of the following groups:
   
   
   • Service Manager
   • Sales Executive
   • Forecast Project Manager
   • Joint Planning Group
