A request to Port Out a telephone number will be received via standard LSR. This request will be to port a CenturyLink telephone number to another service provider's switch. Telephone numbers ported to a local CLEC will be included in the CLEC's accounts.

CenturyLink marks the impacted telephone number as Ported Out.
