With the introduction of the Simple Port Request form (SPR), CenturyLink will derive Activity type of V and Z based on how the End User Listing Treatment (ELT) field is populated on the SPR, NOT entered on the LSR/BSR form.

ELT A = ACT of Z (No Listing Changes)

ELT B = ACT of V (Remove Listings)***
