Why do we ask you to sign in? To view and manage your services online, we need to know who you are. When you click on the button to get started, we'll ask you for your MyAccount username and password. Your MyAccount username and password provides access to view and add or change services to your account.
If you don't have your MyAccount username and password handy, you can also identify yourself using your account phone number, by clicking on the "Phone Number" option. Providing your phone number will limit what information we show about products on your account, and you'll be prompted to correctly provide additional identification before you'll be able to make changes.
