Effective February 1, 2014, the CEMR application was retired and will no longer accept new repair tickets. However, the CEMR application will remain available until April 1, 2014 for customers to continue to ONLY address pending (in flight) transactions originated in CEMR.
In addition, CEMR will remain available through the end of the business day on April 1, 2014 to review historical transactions that would normally be available.
Please use CEMR-MTG at for ALL new repair ticket transactions.
