Training
This self-paced training, designed for CLECs, introduces the Unbundled Loop (UBL) products and explains how to request service for Unbundled Loops. The course also addresses the PreOrder, Order, Post-Order, Provisioning, Billing and CEMR Maintenance and Repair processes.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Describe UBL products and services
- Identify the unique EASE processes
- Identify the unique CEMR processes
- Identify the forms required to submit your request
- Identify the required fields on each form
- Describe the LSR System Notices
- Define the interval guidelines for DSL Resale
Prerequisites
- Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
- Working knowledge of CenturyLink™ EASE ordering system
- EASE GUI
