The Frame Due Time (FDT) is a required field on the LSR. It is shown as DFDT on the LSR form, and identifies the desired frame cut over start time.

There are a few things you should know about FDT:

• Any FDT request other than standard business hours will be considered an out-of-hours' request.

• If the new CLEC sends a subscription (order) to the NPAC without an FDT provided, and the subscription is not activated, it will be placed in conflict or canceled status; the NPAC will hold the subscription for 90 days and then automatically cancel the request.
