To become a wireless provider in the CenturyLink territory, follow these steps:

Step 1

Prior to ordering facilities, you will need to sign an Interconnection Agreement with CenturyLink for the state(s) in which you plan to operate. Fill out the attached CenturyLink Wireless Request form and return it via e-mail to:
negotiation.request@centurylink.com.

Step 2

Upon receipt of the completed Wireless Request form, a negotiations manager will contact you and send you a 160-day negotiations letter, and a draft Interconnection Agreement to review.

Step 3

Once both parties have signed the Interconnection Agreement, an account manager will be assigned as your contact within CenturyLink.
