With regards to unbundled loop ordering practices, US West does not allow for the migration of existing facilities and the addition of new facilities for an end user on the same Purchase Order Number (PON). In addition, once an end use has been established with MCI Worldcom, all subsequent order activity for an MCI Worldcom end user can contain only one loop per PON. MCIWORLDCOMs requested change will impact unbundled loop orders
