Document and explain process for addressing provisions of interconnection agreements in interfaces – how, when, description – before systems changes are implemented and edits cause error messages and prevent orders. For example, USOCs that are in the contract that may not be in the system and an error message is returned that the USOC is not allowed per the contract, or UNE-P without an amendment, or SIG/contract intervals.
