During raw loop qual transactions, Rhythms is receiving the following error message when the End User’s Number is Non-Pub: “No working, published TNs found at address.” We have validated that the addresses we are using when we get these errors are valid. Rhythms is requesting that they be able to receive the loop qual information even for numbers that are Non-Pub.
