On May 1st a communicator was sent to co-providers relative to a change to the FBDL PON valid values. This change was effective immediately. Failure to comply with the PON instructions IMMEDIATELY would result in cancellation of the order by the Listings Operations Center. AT&T requests at least a 60 day notice by Qwest to CLECS of any changes that are being introduced to the CLEC community, be it OSS or process driven changes.
