| This request has been addressed with an internal Qwest edit which was implemented in September 2001 to make the BAN1 field optional on the LSR form for both GUI and EDI users. If the request is full flow-through then FTS populates the necessary information. If the request is manual then the ISC populates the fields. All edits associated with BAN1 have been removed.
