SCR012609-1 CSR – Feature Unit Rate (FUR) – Verizon Business Clarification Meeting February 2, 2009

Attendees: Dave Burley-Verizon Business, Steph Prull-Integra, Susie Wells-Qwest, Denise Martinez-Qwest, Chuck Anderson-Qwest, Nicole James-Qwest, Lynn Stecklein-Qwest

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest stated that SCR012609-1 CSR – Feature Unit Rate (FUR) was submitted by Verizon Business. Lynn said that Verizon Business is requesting that for the CSR via XML with a Transaction Type = M to add the field Feature Unit Rate (FUR). This field is defined in OBF LSOG 10 as a 5 Numeric character position field.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said that one of their business units has asked him to make this active and that he was not going to use it for LSR submittal.

Denise Martinez-Qwest asked if Verizon Business was looking at this on those that you already own final output and you want to see the current view of the CSR.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said yes and will take the CSR via IMA XML and present it internally and those fields can be used initiating the LSR I don’t populate I just display for our users and that is what you want to see take information and present information initiating LSR. Dave said that Qwest does a good job today of breaking out the Service and Equipment detail in the CSR just saw this as a natural extension. He said that Qwest already provides the quantity and fids etc.

Chuck Anderson-Qwest said that the transaction of “M” is a very narrow scope with the CSR data plus listing data UBL accounts. Chuck said that his assumption was whenever you have a CSR only – Transaction of E or CSR/listings transaction which is very narrow for UBL you would like to see that rating on either version of the CSR pull.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said that he definitely would like to see the transaction of “E”. He said that if he indicated “M” that was his mistake and would be very limited in scope with Directory Listings.

Chuck Anderson-Qwest said that assuming there is an “M” scenario that is valid and the listing component in the listing section that actually applies there is there is a LSTR section at the end of the CSR in the XML format that would not have any of the rating information would only be the S&E section that you are expecting.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said that was correct.

Chuck Anderson-Qwest asked if Verizon Business was familiar was familiar with the Virtual CSR concept where a new order was set up for the end user and would go into effect tomorrow and today your company sends in a request to Qwest for a change order based on the new order. Chuck said that the virtual CSR may be constructed and that rating information may not have made it to that CSR at that point.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said that he agreed and said that he knew that it can’t be done for virtual CSR and would not be available for every S&E.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said that if he has marked down the incorrect transaction, could Qwest correct the CSR.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest said that she will update the CSR to reflect the transaction type of “E” or “M”.

Denise Martinez-Qwest said that Qwest understands what Verizon Business is requesting.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest asked what products this applied to.

Dave Burley-Verizon said that it applies to pre-order CSR.

Chuck Anderson-Qwest said that FBDL would not apply but all other products would apply.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest asked if Verizon Business would be presenting this CR in the February CMP Meeting.

Dave Burley-Verizon Business said that he would.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest said that she would send the information to Verizon Business re: the February CMP Meeting.
