Description Of Change
XML examples in the MTG Interface specification document show the time format as "GMT with offset", this needs to be changed to "GMT with Z suffix".

CenturyLink is issuing this CR as a precaution in case this may involve coding on the customer side.

6/18/14 System CMP Meeting Under Attachment G Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR has been in CLEC Test since May 12 and will be discussed under Attachment I.

Under Attachment I Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said a notice had been sent on June 11 to update the examples of the MTG Interface specification document and was effective immediately. Mark said we would like to move this CR to a Completed status. There were no objections.

5/21/14 System CMP Meeting Under Attachment G Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR is in CLEC Test as of May 12. We will discuss the CR under Attachment I.

Under Attachment I Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR was issued in January. A System notice for this CR was sent in April relaying that changes would be effective May 12. Several comments were received and CenturyLink responded that the GMT with Z suffix is for CenturyLink responses only. Mark said updates are required to the examples of the MTG Interface specification document and that a follow-up system courtesy notice would be sent.

4/16/14 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said a 30 day system Courtesy notice was sent on April 11 with an effective date of May 12 and we would review the CR in the May meeting.

3/19/14 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said a 30 day system Courtesy notice for this CR will be sent on April 11 with an effective date of May 12. Mark asked if there were any questions. There were none.

2/19/14 System CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – CenturyLink presented the new CR associated with the Maintenance Ticketing Gateway (MTG) interface and examples in the documentation related to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Denise said there is no change to system functionality. CenturyLink is proposing we send a 30 day system courtesy notice in case customers may have a coding impact on their side. Denise asked if there were any questions. There were none.
