For Product 4/UBL:

- Implement an edit that will prevent submission of an LSR against a disconnected account.

- Implement an edit that will disallow placeholder TN entries in the AN field for activity on existing accounts. Placeholders will still be valid on ACT=N when TN reservations are not available.

- The application of dispatch USOCs to service orders should be automatic in the flow through process. Where Qwest maintains this type of functionality, CLECs should not have the ability to enter dispatch on an LSR.

For Product 5/LNP:

- Implement an edit on TC OPT field to require an entry of N if LNA=D and "PORTED NUMBER" is a range.

- Implement an edit to restrict TC OPT entry to one of 3 valid values (N, S or T).

For Products 7/UBL with LNP and 23a/Unbundled Distribution Loop with Number Portability :

- Implement an edit to allow only ACT=V or Z. Remove all rules with references to any other ACT values.

- Implement an edit for the TSP field requiring a hyphen as the 10th character for EDI. (GUI already pre-populates the hyphen.)

- Implement an edit for the SAN field to require an entry when the 1st character of TOS=3.

- Implement an edit on ECCKT field to be required when ACT=V and Z.

- Implement an edit on CFA field to be required when APOT is not populated.

- Implement an edit on IWJK field to be required when IWJQ is populated.

- Implement an edit on IWJQ field to be required when IWJK field is populated.

For Products 5/LNP, 7/UBL with LNP and 23a/Unbundled Distribution Loop with Number Portability:

- Implement an edit on TC TO PRI field to be required only when TC OPT is populated with S or T, otherwise prohibit entry.

- Implement an edit on TC TO SEC field to be required only when TC OPT is populated with T.

- Implement an edit of TCID field to be required only when TC OPT is populated with S or T.

- Implement an edit of TCID to enforce valid values for transfer of calls.

- Implement an edit of TC NAME field to be required only when TC OPT is populated with T.

August Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Attachment R = Change Requests Committed for IMA Release 11.0 Connie Winston/Qwest - we have one small issue requiring the Sup 2 (SCR013002-8 Flowthrough on Sup 2 Category Due Date) to be a spillover for 11.1. She explained why this will be a spillover into the point release. She noted that resale and UNE sup 2 due date change orders will flow through. The unbundled loop will drop out to the Center and will be updated by the Center until 11.1. Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T - that’s line item #4 in the Attachment? Connie Winston/Qwest - yes. Michael Buck/Qwest - stated that the NOTE at the bottom of the page needs to be changed from 'In Definition' to 'Packaged'. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - asked how the 11.0 PO2 CR is different than the one in 12.0. Connie Winston/Qwest - they are just different edits. The edits are noted on each of the 2 CRs. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - with 12.0, would you say that any of the hours devoted to this would lower the 8,000 hours? Are you looking at that when you do the design? Connie Winston/Qwest - we always look at that, but the edits are different so I could expect a reduction in the LOEs. As we get further in design, we do update the LOE. Attachment R = Change Requests Committed for SATE Release 11.0 Connie Winston/Qwest - SATE has the same spillover candidate for 11.1, SCR013002-8 Sup 2. Michael Buck/Qwest - noted that items 3, 5, and 7 are SATE specific candidates. The others are IMA with SATE impacts. Wendy Green/Qwest - noted that the SATE side has a shorter list because of the GUI only impacting CRs going into IMA having no impact to SATE. Michael Buck/Qwest - any other questions in the room or on the bridge? None.

February 21, 2002 - Discussed at February CMP: Jill Martain presented CR for Qwest. This request is above the line and is not eligible for vote. Product numbers were decoded to products and CR description to be updated with Product 4 = UBL, Product 5 = LNP, Product 7 = UBL with LNP, and 23a = Unbundled Distribution Loop with Number Portability. Jonathon Spangler/AT&T questioned the PID reference in the CR Title, thought mention of a the PID was a no-no. Judy Scultz/Qwest explained that to change a PID or PAP is outside of CMP, but this is a request to improve performance - not to change a PID/PAP. Explanation accepted. Jonathon/AT&T requested that edits be separate to vote on them individually. Judy/Qwest stated that these edits are necessary to improve PID performance. This is above the line and not subject to prioritization. Judy advised that if any CLEC has a problem with some edits, please let Qwest know. Bonnie/Eschelon reiterated that need to make sure that Product & Process and Systems people are sitting at the same table to discuss the changes. Judy/Qwest advised will have Product & Process evaluate this request and if there are issues, they will be brought forward to CMP.
