LSOG issue 1482 seeks to combine the Directory Service Request (DSR) with the Local Service Request (LSR) Ordering Guidelines.
Based on historical order IMA volumes this issue affected 81,008 orders during the 09/01-11/01 time frame. This represents approximately 20% of all orders generated.
Implementing this combined solution will align Qwest with industry guidelines. If this is not implemented there will be a requirement to maintain a Qwest specific DSR form.
