OBF issue 1790 has removed the data elements associated with 'Hunting' from the LSR form. A new form specific to Hunting information only, has been added to the LSOG practice. The new form is titled Hunt Group Information (HGI) form. From a Qwest perspective LSRs requesting 'hunting' typically require significant order processing due to the complexity associated with "hunt types" of request. Hunting may be ordered with POTS, UNE-P and Centrex orders. It is anticipated that implementing this new form could improve overall processing of these types of orders. If this is not implemented there will be a requirement to mantain a 'Qwest specific' LSR form that includes a hunting section.

| 1/22/04 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest stated that all issues have been resolved on this CR and that the status will be changed to completed. 12/17/03 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest asked if this CR was closable. Woldey Assefa/Qwest stated that a patch is targeted in January. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this CR will remain open. 11/20/03 CMP Systems Meeting Stephanie Prull/McLeod stated that she opened a trouble ticket and would like this CR to remain open. 10/16/03 CMP Systems Meeting Stephanie Prull/McLeod would like this CR to remain in CLEC Test until November. Stephanie said that they are doing further testing on the ACT of D. 9/18/03 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest said that #16, 17, & 18 are still pending McLeod certification of IMA 13.0. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said that she has no problems with the IMA 13.0 certification and that she would like to leave #16, 17 and 18 open. Stephanie stated that IMA 13.0 goes into production this weekend and they want to validate and test. 8/21/03 CMP Systems Meeting Stephanie Prull/McLeod asked if this CR could stay open until next month. Connie Winston/Qwest did not think we are having problems with this and asked if McLeod was. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said that they were having issues but was not sure that the problems were on their side or Qwest’s.
