With OBF issue 1739 the DID Resale Services form is being totally revamped (and re-named) to accommodate DID/DOD/PBX Resale orders and DID Ports. Additionally, the current OBF DID practice does not support changes associated with DID station ranges. As a result, manual 'work around' was required from an order processing perspective. Since Qwest currently supports these types of products (e.g. Resale PBX trunks,) based on proprietary fields, implementing the revamped form should allow a more uniform ordering process from a CLEC perspective. If this is not implemented there will be a requirement to maintain a 'Qwest specific' DID Resale services form.
