| December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting This CR was completed with 11.0 and is ok to close. Qwest to provide the following update at the July Monthly Systems CMP Meeting: DID Resale Services (DRS) Form not to be modified as part of the LSOG 6 implementation in Release 11.0 With LSOG 6, OBF has completely revamped the LSOG 5 DID Resale Services (DRS) Form. The revamping includes, among other things, the renumbering, relocation, and renaming of a number of fields to accommodate the new functionality introduced with OBF LSOG 6 Issue 1739, as well as the addition of new fields to the form. In fact, the form has been modified to such an extent that the name of the form has changed in LSOG 6 from the DID Resale Services (DRS) Form to the DID/DOD/PBX Service (DDPS) Form. The DID Resale Services (DRS) Form is currently used by Qwest for the ordering of two products: DID In Only Trunks (Product 16) and UNE-P PBX DID In Only Trunks (Product 34). Because LSOG 6 Issue 1739 was not ranked high enough for the 11.0 release, Qwest will not apply the functionality changes introduced with Issue 1739 (which necessitated the revamping of the form) to the DID Resale Form. Qwest believes that had the form been revamped in IMA without implementing any of the new functionality behind it, it would have been confusing to the CLEC when using this form (i.e. had the field renumbering, relocation, and renaming been introduced, the form would have looked completely different, but the functionality behind it would have remained the same.) Therefore, in an effort to alleviate any confusion on how the form is to be used, Qwest will not make any modification to the DRS Form as a result of LSOG 6 as part of Release 11.0. In essence, the form will continue to look and function like the LSOG 5 DRS form that is currently implemented by Qwest. ============== 2/21/02 CMP Systems Meeting Beth King/Qwest presented this CR. This is an extra large level of effort and will upgrade field numbering and naming to existing Qwest forms and EDI maps. Judy Schultz/Qwest noted that if any LSOG is chosen, this one has to happen. It is the LSOG foundation. Terry Wicks/Allegiance requested that additional wording be added so that everyone understands the criticality of this CR. The level of effort is extra large. The status will be changed to presented. ================= 2/7/02 The LOE is Extra Large.
