[This OBF issue is] not included in Qwest's top 15 LSOG 6 changes. Qwest will present their top 15 in the form of CRs to the CLEC community at the February monthly CMP Systems forum, seeking support for their inclusion in IMA release 11.0 and beyond. AT&T believes that [issue 2201] should be included in their LSOG 6 systems plans.
Though it states in Qwest's OBF LSOG 6 Issues Matrix that there are "working solutions" for 3 out of 4 of the issues AT&T is sponsoring. AT&T would like 2096, 2196, 2201, 2244 to be implemented in the LSOG 6 work that wil be underway in 2002 and beyond,

| 12/19/02- Systems CMP Meeting Terry Bahner-AT&T requested that this CR be withdrawn. CR statusedto pending withdrawal. 2/21/02 - Systems CMP Meeting Jonathon Spangler/AT&T presented this CR. He noted that AT&T is looking for implementation on this because it is very important to their business. Jonathon stated that there are 3 parts to this CR. Reservation, Cancellation and Loop '‘Make Up’. AT&T does recognize that Qwest has the capability for the Loop Make Up. This does seem to have functionality that AT&T is looking for. Jonathon explained why this change would be beneficial to all CLECs to have such standardization in place. The level of effort is extra large (5501-8000) and will be on the ballot for prioritization. The status will be changed to presented. Clarification Meeting was held on 2/12/02 Attendees: Donna Osborne-Miller, Jonathan Spangler - AT&T Carol Zimmerman, Lane Jones, Julie Raible, Kevin Donofrio, Sunny Reimann The purpose of this meeting was to clarify SCR013102-18, LSOG 6 Issue 2201: Add Reservation and Cancellation Transactions and Loop 'make up' by Facility Segment to the Pre-Order. AT&T expressed a concern that they have issued LSRs where the Loop looked 'clean" in the Raw Loop Data Tool and then placed an order. The order was rejected because the Loop has IDLC. Qwest requested AT&T provide examples. AT&T had a concern re: possible training and/or data integrity. Qwest will investigate examples to determine root cause. Carol and Lane provided an overview of the Raw Loop Data Tool and the Loop Qual Tool. Qwest also advised that there will be improvements effective with the 9.0 release. Jonathan indicated that he will be trained this week on the 9.0 release and will look at the improvement to the Loop Qual Tool. That might resolve the concerns raised in this CR re: Loop make up. Everyone on the call understood what AT&T is requesting with LSOG 6 issue 2201.
