TWTC is requesting Qwest to extend the sunset date of IMA EDI 16.0 to 12/10/05. This would allow TWTC to have time to develop, test and migrate from 16.0 to 18.0. They way the dates are set up now, there is not enough time to develop, test, and migrate from 16.0 to 18.0. 2/8/05 - Revision to CR per TWTC (See Project Meeting Tab) TWTC is also requesting SATE for 16.0 to be available to this date in order to test.
The expected would be a notification be sent by Qwest notifying the CLEC Community the sunset date for 16.0 has been extended to accommodte the need of skipping releases and have enough time to do so.

| 3/16/05 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Lynn Stecklein - Qwest stated that Time Warner is requesting that Qwest extend the sunset date of IMA EDI 16.0 from 10/18/05 to 12/10/05. Lynn stated that Quorum required for this vote was 8 and was achieved. Lynn reviewed what the ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ votes would mean. A ‘Yes’ vote will indicate a preference that Qwest extend the sunset date of IMA EDI 16.0 from 10/18/05 to 12/10/05. A ‘No’ vote will indicate a preference that Qwest not extend the sunset date of IMA EDI 16.0 from 10/18/05 to 12/10/05. Lynn stated that ‘Yes’ votes were received from Qwest, Cbeyond, McLeod and Covad. The following votes were cast in the meeting: MCI - Yes AT&T - Yes Eschelon - Yes Time Warner Telecom - Yes VCI Company - Yes TDS MetroCom - Yes Vartec - Yes Lynn Stecklein – Qwest stated that this request was granted with 11 ‘Yes’ votes, 0 ‘No’ votes and 0 ‘Abstain’ votes. Lynn stated that a Disposition Notice would be sent within 5 days. 2/16/05 Systems CMP Meeting Dianne Friend - Time Warner Telecom stated that they are requesting Qwest to extend the sunset date of IMA EDI 16.0 to 12-10-05. Jill Martain - Qwest stated that the vote for this request will be conducted in the March CMP Systems Meeting. Liz Balvin - Covad asked if Qwest had any issues with this request. Jill Martain - Qwest said no and that this CR moves to Presented status. 2/8/05 Dianne Friend/Time Warner requested that the following statement be removed from the description of change on SCR020205-03EX: 'TWTC is also requesting SATE for 16.0 to be available to this date in order to test'.
