Project Meetings

March 15, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain-Qwest stated that this CR was submitted to request an extension of the IMA 19.0 sunset date. Jill then noted that she had had conversations with Eschelon advising that in order for Qwest to retire EDI, Qwest needs to issue a Change Request and the retirement would have a retirement date. Jill then stated that with XML, there will be more opportunity to discuss all the factors. Jill stated that at this point in time, it is too early to determine when 19.0 will be retired. Jill noted that more conversations would be taking place and that Eschelon has agreed to withdraw their CR. Jill then stated that the 19.0 Sunset date, on the OSS Release Calendar, would be changed to reflect the sunset date as TBD. Jill asked the call participants if there was any objection to withdrawal of the CR. Stephanie Prull-Eschelon stated that it is good that the 19.0 Sunset date would show as TBD. Jill Martain-Qwest stated that the CR would move to Withdrawn status.

-- March 8, 2006 Email Sent to CLEC Community: Good Afternoon All, This email is inform you that the Exception Request to extend the 19.0 Sunset Date has been withdrawn and that the Exception Vote scheduled to occur on March 15th has benn cancelled. The CMP Notice, cancelling the vote, will be out today. This email is to thank those who have submitted votes for their participation and to advise the CLEC Community that due to the cancellation of the vote, votes do not need to be submitted to the CMP CR mailbox, for this Change Request. Today, the CR originator requested to withdraw the CR and noted that "after further review the 19.0 sunset should coincide with the retirement of the EDI System. To retire EDI will require all CLECs to be off EDI. Thus we shouldn't need to extend 19.0. We should handle the "sunset" through the systems retirement process”. Please contact me if you have any questions in regard to this email. Peggy Esquibel-Reed Qwest Wholesale CMP

March, 8, 2006 Email Received from Eschelon: All, I would like to withdraw the 19.0 sunset CR submitted by Eschelon. After further review the 19.0 sunset should coincide with the retirement of the EDI System. To retire EDI will require all CLECs to be off EDI. Thus we shouldn't need to extend 19.0 We should handle the "sunset" through the systems retirement process. Thanks Steph Stephanie Prull EDI Business Analyst Eschelon Telecom, INC
