Item by item detail will be available to customers via the Differences List for V49 which will be available on the Wholesale website http://www.qwest.com/wholesale/systems/billsystem.html 6/1/09.

| 11/18/09 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said this CR deployed on 10/17/09 and that we would like to close. There was no objection. 10/21/09 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said this CR deployed on 10/17/09 and that we would like to close. Kim Isaacs-Integra asked that this CR remain open another month. 9/16/09 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said that this CR will deploy on 10/17/09. 3/18/09 Systems CMP Meeting Lynn Stecklein-Qwest said that this is the standard CABS BOS Version 49 upgrade for the bill and customer service record. She said that the targeted implementation date is October 2009.
