In the CEMR Tool - going into Pre Validation - and then going into SEARCH AND VERIFY CFA, I was looking for a valid CFA, (service manager validated in TIRKS system and was a valid CFA) - 101/ T1Z7F/ PHNXAZMA/ PHNEAZ12HAA, which is used for SS7 LINK orders. When you put this CFA, 101/T1Z7F/PHNXAZMA/PHNEAZ12HAA in the fields and submit, you get an error which says (Please input a valid Facility Type. Valid values are T1,T1F,T1U,T1UF,T1UZF,T1Z,T1ZF,T1ZT,T3,T3X,T3Z,T3U,T4X,OC03,OC12,OC48,OC 192) There is not a value of T1Z7F.
This was brought to my attention when I was trying to look up the CFA for our SS7 LINKs to know what channels they were on and I received this error.
Can we have CEMR updated to reflect the facility type of T1Z7F so the customers and Qwest users can look up these types of CFA's?
