Description Of Change
5/3/06 - Update to Description - Download capability for all applications of the post order status tool in IMA. This CR is being updated (5/3/06) to reflect that all applications in the post-order GUI have the download capability instead of just the posted to be billed, as was previously requested.

Modification to the Status Updates functionality in IMA GUI Post Order - The information for Posted to be Billed from the Status Updates page is crucial information and useful for comparison of correct billing data, business growth, and wholesale billing analogy within a CLEC company.

The Status Update screen in the Post Order screen of the IMA GUI should be modified from a read only/cosmetic page to add functionality giving users the ability to save/export the summary data for a given query to a format that could be manipulated such as an excel file or a delimited text file.

11/20/06 E-mail from Eschelon

Hi, I'm ok to close all 20.0 CRs except SCR121305-01 Implement XML Interface for IMA EDI. I would like for this to remain in CLEC test until we have some users actually in production on this. At this time there is no one in production yet. So we can not really say how its going or say we have given it a fair test.

Thanks

Steph

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR deployed on October 16, 2006 with the IMA 20.0 release and asked if this CR could be closed.

Bonnie Johnson-Eschelon stated that she would like to check with Steph Prull (Eschelon) before closing this CR. She said that she would send an e-mail to the CMP CR mailbox if the CR could be closed.

10/18/06 Systems CMP Meeting

Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that this CR deployed on October 16, 2006 with the IMA 20.0 release and will remain in CLEC Test.

9/20/06 Systems CMP Meeting

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR will deploy in the IMA 20.0 release on 10/16/06.

5/17/06 Systems CMP Meeting

IMA and SATE 20.0 Release - Packaging and Commitment Jill Martain - Qwest reviewed the IMA Release 20.0 Packaging and Commitment documents. She said that Item #2 – SCR021904-02 Suppression of Jeopardy Status Updates will be withdrawn. Jill said that the following CRs will be included in the IMA 20.0 Release scheduled in October: SCR010705-01 - Directory Listing Changes in Conjunction with LNP SCR042704-01 - FBDL PON Field SCR102505-02 - Edits for the LSR Delivery Address Activity (DACT) SCR032202-1 - Download capability for all applications of the post order status tool

5/17/06 Systems CMP Meeting

Jill Martain - Qwest said that Qwest looked at providing an export button as the solution. She said that the export option would force every CLEC to update the Java Policy on every PC that would be using this function. Jill said that the current proposal is that once the CLEC gets the reports selected and up on their screen in the post order status functionality, than an e-mail ICON will appear where the CLEC can input their email address. Once the CLEC inputs an e-mail address and submits the request to IMA, IMA will send an e-mail with an attachment that contains a comma separated file separated file. Jill said that this file can be taken into several different applications like Excel and Access and can be manipulated and sorted as needed. Kim Isaacs - Eschelon asked if this information would be in an excel format. Jill Martain - Qwest stated that it would be in a comma delimited file and could be downloaded to Excel. There was no objection to the proposed solution and Qwest will move forward to implement in the 20.0 Release. This Action Item is Closed.

Hi Dan,

I wanted to touch base with you to determine if you were ok with the revision that was made to your change request.

I also wanted to add a little more clarification to the revision. We looked at providing an export button as the solution. However,

the Export Option would force every CLEC to update the java policy files on every PC that would be using this function. The solution is that the CLEC can get any and all Status Updates in the extract. The CLEC inputs an email address and we will send the e-mail with a message with the attached comma separated file. This file can be taken into several different application like Excel and Access. The CLEC can manipulate, sort and adjust as needed. The updates are current as of the time the CLEC clicked the e-mail button.

Please let me know if this solution will meet your needs.

Thanks,

Lynn Stecklein

Good Morning,

Attached you will find a copy of SCR032202-1. The CR Title and Description has been revised per the discussion that took place in the April CMP Meeting as noted below.

Qwest: Oversight Meeting Status

Jill Martain-Qwest stated that there was an Oversight Meeting regarding VCI’s CRs for productivity and reject reports. Jill stated that the capability and functionality were discussed in the meeting and the decision was that an existing Systems CR, candidate #5 in the 20.0 ranking, could be used. Jill stated that the CR is SCR032202-1 IMA GUI-Post Order/Status Updates/Posted to be Billed. Jill stated that the solution was to have a downloadable format of the information that is viewed once you go into the screens. Jill stated that it was discussed in the Oversight Meeting that Packaging options could be possible for IMA 20.0. Jill then stated that Qwest reviewed the LOEs for the candidates and that the LOEs for the top 5 candidates were reduced. Jill stated that this means that at this moment it looks like the top 5 candidates can be deployed in the 20.0 Release. Jill noted that SCR032202-1 is in that top 5. Jill then noted that if there is a change, Qwest would schedule a Packaging Options Meeting for further discussion. Jill then stated that the intent is that SCR032202-1 would need to be revised so that it would include all status updates. Jill stated that Eschelon (Bonnie Johnson) had agreed to work with New Access to get their CR revised.

Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that she would get with Bonnie (Johnson-Eschelon) to work with New Access.

Thank You,

Lynn Stecklein

Hello Dan,

I received your name as a contact at New Access from Bonnie Johnson with Eschelon. A meeting was held on March 17, 2004 to discuss several open Systems CMP CRs. The intent of the CR Review was to determine if the CRs would remain open or if there are some that should be withdrawn. In that meeting, we also discussed that some CLECs who have submitted CRs no longer participate at CMP and we need to determine if those CRs could be withdrawn.

Here is the excerpt from the meeting where we discussed the New Access CR:

SCR032202-1 IMA GUI- PostOrder/Status Updates/Posted to be Billed (New Access)

There was no representation from New Access on the call.

Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if there was a posted to be billed screen in the GUI.

John Gallegos/Qwest stated that there was.

Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that this change is still desirable.

Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if the LOE is still accurate.

John Gallegos/Qwest stated that LOEs are re-evaluated at Packaging and any changes, if any, are communicated at that time.

Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she would contact her contact at New Access regarding this request.

There were no additional comments or questions.

This CR remains Active.

The reason for my e-mail is to determine if New Access still has an interest in keeping this change request open. I have attached the minutes from the meeting held on March 17, 2004. Please let me know if you would like to withdraw or keep this CR open and I will take the necessary steps.

Thanks,

Lynn Stecklein

3/29/02 Clarification call.

Attendees:

Glorianne Lowenski - New Access Rick Gittins - New Access Pamela Johnson - Qwest (Service Manager for New Access) Mark Routh - Qwest Deb Osborne - Qwest J.J. Bradley - Qwest Jerry Mohatt - Qwest

Rick explained that New Access wanted to be able to save the information, on the Posted to be Billed screen, to a text file or Excel or some other format that could be manipulated by the CLEC. This would be helpful to them in doing billing analysis. As it stands today, they can copy each field on the screen one at a time but would like to be able to do a save of all the data on the entire screen at once.

Mark indicated that he would modify the Description of Change on the CR and return it to Glorianne to be reviewed by New Access.

Glorianne asked what the next step would be in the process.

Mark explained that New Access would present this new request to the CLEC community in the April CMP meeting and that Qwest would present their response at that time along with any options, to be discussed with the CLECs at the April CMP meeting. He explained that it would elligable for prioritization for IMA 12.0.

RE: SCR032202-1 (IMA GUI- PostOrder/Status Updates/Posted to be Billed)

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR032202-1. Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held March 29, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 1000 to 1600 hours for this IMA Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest’s further evaluation of this Change Request.

This CR will be eligible for prioritization in the IMA 12.0 prioritization vote that will be conducted in the July 18, 2002 System CMP monthly meeting.

Sincerely, Jeff Thompson Qwest, Information Technologies
