EVCMPID Validation Rule Change

Add a CenturyLink Specific Usage section to the field level help for the EVCMPID field on the EVC Form

CenturyLink Specific Usage:

• Note 1: Required when ASC-EC field on the ASR form is populated for a Stand Alone EVC Meet-Point order.

• Note 2: The same non-blank EVCMPID value must be present on all UREFs for a Stand Alone EVC Meet-Point order.

OTC Validation Rule Change

CenturyLink Specific Usage NOTE for EVC.OTC:

• Old rule: Prohibited for use at CenturyLink

New rule: Required when the associated EVCMPID is populated, otherwise prohibited.

• Add the following CenturyLink Specific Usage rules:

o (NEW RULE): For a new EVC Meet-Point order [ASR.ACT = N], there must be 2 unique OTC values contained across the UREFs.

o (NEW RULE): For an EVC Meet-Point Change order [ASR.ACT = C] to re-point a UREF, the OTC value associated with the UREF whose UACT = D must match the OTC value on the associated UREF whose UACT = N.

RPON Validation Rule Change

Add a CenturyLink Specific Usage section to the field level help for RPON field on the EVC Form.

CenturyLink Specific Usage:

• Prohibited in Stand Alone EVC Meet-Point orders when EVCI = A and SEI = Y

ES Validation Rule Change SES Form

Add a CenturyLink Specific Usage section to the field level help for ES field on the SES Form.

CenturyLink Specific Usage:

• Required when ACT field on the ASR form is “N”

07/15/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR was associated with the CORA Release 25.1 with an effective date of June 29, 2015. Mark said we had checked with the SME team to confirm there were no outstanding problems with the release. He asked if there were any objections to moving this CR to a Completed status. There were none.

6/17/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said customer testing was available as of May 30, 2015. The effective date for CORA Release 25.1 is June 29, 2015.

5/20/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the Customer XML Testing will be available May 30, 2015. The Draft GUI notification will be sent out on June 1. This CR is associated with CORA Release 25.1 that has an effective date of June 29, 2015.

4/15/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that this new CR is associated with a new CORA Release 25.1 with an effective date of June 29, 2015.

Sue Morlan – CenturyLink presented this new CR. Sue reviewed each of the edits and content included in the CR Description.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked with CORA planned for retirement, why was the system being enhanced.

Sue Morlan – CenturyLink said CenturyLink was trying to improve the quality of the order issuance and create more efficiency in the order flow.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if the new rule would also be included in the new system and asked for confirmation if that was going to be the case.

Sue Morlan – CenturyLink said yes it should and that she would confirm that to be the case.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said he thought this CR was associated with a new type of product on the Legacy Qwest side.

Diane Morrell – CenturyLink said the product is not new.

NOTE: 4-22-15 UPDATE: After further investigation and clarification with the SME team, the MOE Product is currently available in legacy CenturyLink but it will be a new interstate services product in legacy Qwest states.

Lynn Denton – Windstream asked if the changes had already been distributed via industry notification.

Diane Morrell – CenturyLink said it had.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said she was confused how an industry notice had been sent on a CenturyLink specific change and that she had not seen anything previously about this release.

Sue Morlan – CenturyLink said this CORA release is unique. It is specific to CORA and is not associated with an industry guideline change.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink said the first notification on this change would be sent on Friday, April 17 and will include the CenturyLink draft technical specifications.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said she wanted confirmation that the new edit would be included in EASE.

Diane Morrell – CenturyLink confirmed the new edit would also be included in EASE.

Sue Morlan – CenturyLink continued review of the planned changes as listed in the Description of the CR.

Lynn Denton – Windstream asked if these changes are specific to MPB orders only.

Diane Morrell – CenturyLink said the edit for the ES field and the PROFI field is for all orders – not just MPB.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if there were other edits that applied to all orders.

Diane Morrell – CenturyLink said no just the last one.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink asked if there were other questions on this CR. There were none.
