On November 12, 2007, Qwest will be retiring the dedicated circuit option for electronic access to the IMA (Interconnect Mediated Access) GUI. Qwest will continue to offer electronic access to the IMA GUI via the Internet. IMA GUI Internet access has been available to the CLEC community since the implementation of IMA Release 7.0 in May of 2001. With the retirement of the dedicated circuit option, references to dedicated circuit access will be removed from Wholesale OSS web documentation following the appropriate CMP notification process.
Retirement of the dedicated circuit option will occur more than sixty (60) days after the submission of this SCR. Qwest will provide a sixty (60) day Initial Retirement Notification, and a twenty-one (21) day Final Retirement Notification in which Qwest will respond to CLEC Comments (if applicable) and confirm the retirement date.

| 11/14/07 Systems CMP Meeting Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that the following CRs would move to a CLEC Test status by the end of the week - Implementation Date 11/12/07. 10/17/07 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest reviewed the following change requests and associated implementation dates. SCR050107-01 Retire IMA GUI access via dedicated circuit - Implementation Date - 11/12/07 5/16/07 Systems CMP Meeting Carol McKenzie-Qwest presented the CR and asked if there were any questions. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon asked how many CLECs were accessing IMA via a dedicated circuit. Carol McKenzie-Qwest stated that she did not have that information but would check and get back with Kim (Isaacs-Eschelon). Carol asked if there were any other questions. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that he did not think that there were many customers using that method. Mark stated that access via the GUI has been available for several years and stated that most customers had probably already migrated to that. Mark stated that Qwest would check on Kim’s request and get back with her. NOTE: There are currently 8 CLECs accessing IMA via a dedicated circuit.
