Description Of Change
Qwest will be enhancing CEMR functionality to provide one hour commitment for voice mail PIN code resets. Currently the commitment occurs within a four hour window. With the transition that was recently completed to the new voicemail platform, Qwest is proposing updates to CEMR that will provide the customer a shorter repair interval for voice mail PIN code resets.

6/15/11 Systems CMP Meeting SCR050311-1 CEMR - Voice mail PIN code resets SCR050411-2 Enhance Client Self Test capability – Add edits(s) to confirm use is specific to DS1 circuits Mark Coyne – Qwest said both CRs are scheduled to be effective on June 20, 2011 and that we would revisit them in July for closure.

5/18/11 Systems CMP Meeting Lisa Preble – Qwest presented this new CR that is an enhancement to CEMR associated with making a change from a four hour window for PIN resets to a one hour commitment for PIN resets. Lisa relayed the change to the new voice mail platform was allowing this change to be made associated with the shorter repair interval and said that Qwest is proposing the updates to be effective June 20, 2011.

Kim Isaacs - Integra asked what changes were actually being made to CEMR and what would customers need to do differently.

Lisa Preble – Qwest said customers did not need to do anything differently. Lisa said the change is at the top of the Commitment page for this flow and that the page will change to say the change will be made within one hour. Lisa asked if there were any other questions and there were none.
