Description Of Change
Qwest would like to combine the first two screens in RCE CEMR (Screen i9005 & Screen i91001) into one. Screen i9005 currently has some customer information and Screen i91001 has the rest of customer information (Features etc) as well as trouble types. This change would put all customer information on one page and have the trouble types placed into a drop down selection all on one screen which will reduce the time it takes to generate a trouble report.

Currently today CEMR requires the user type in the telephone number, the first screen they get is the i9005 screen, they select one of 3 selections, which takes them to the i91001 screen.

RE: SCR050405-03 (CEMR enhancement to combine two (2) RCE/CEMR screens into one

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR052605-03. Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held May 9, 2005) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 100 to 120 hours for this CEMR Change Request.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest’s further evaluation of this Change Request.
