Implementing use of new CABS BOS phrases and codes in IABS which will be used to identify the adjustments resulting from the application of a PVU (Percent VoIP Usage) in compliance with FCC Order 11-161 for VoIP, for usage and monthly switched facility. The new codes and phrases are as follows: 782 – Credit for VoIP Access 783 – Adjustment of VoIP Access Credit 785- Credit for VoIP Switched Facility Access 786 – Adjustment of VoIP Switched Facility Access The codes and phrases will be provided in the CABS BOS Differences List.

| 08/15/2012 System CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed the change went in to effect on July 14, 2012 and said the August bills should be including the new adjustment codes as appropriate. Mark asked if there were any objections to closing this CR. There were none. 07/18/2012 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink stated that there was one CR on the list, SCR050712-1IG. It went to effect on July 14, 2012. May 2012 System CMP Meeting Jami Larson- CenturyLink presented this new systems CR and said customers would start to see the new phrase codes effective July 14, 2012. Jami said the CABS/BOS Differences List V51 would be updated to reflect the codes. The July bills could be updated but more likely it will be the August bills that will have the adjustment codes. Jami asked if there were any questions; there were none.
