Kathy Stichter (Eschelon) reviewed what Eschelon is looking for. Michael Buck (Qwest) asked if there were any other CLEC comments. No one responded. Jeff Thompson (Qwest) stated that Qwest thinks the list that Dan [Busetti (Qwest)] gave to Eschelon is the ANSI standard list—those are the trouble codes that are supported by the Qwest downstream systems and Qwest technicians. Kathy Stichter (Eschelon) responded that she was sorry that she has not gotten the list back from her people. Michael Buck (Qwest) indicated that this would be updated to presented. Eschelon has an action item to get back to Qwest to let them know which status codes are to be used. Bonnie Johnson (Eschelon) suggested that Qwest open it up to other CLECs that use CEMR, if they would like to use codes.

5/28/02 Clarification Meeting Attendees: Kathy Stichter - Eschelon Dan Busetti - Qwest, Kathy Garcia - Qwest, Lynn Stecklein - Qwest The purpose of this call was to clarify this change request submitted by Eschelon. Kathy Stichter - Eschelon reviewed the request stating that Eschelon was looking to add not only static and noise categories for Design Services Ticket but others as well. Static and Noise were just examples. Dan Busetti/Qwest said that we could provide the list of categories and Eschelon could choose from that list. Kathy Stichter/Eschelon asked if this information was on the web and Dan Busetti/Qwest said that he would forward the information to Lynn Stecklein/Qwest. Lynn Stecklein/Qwest asked if the LOE would be impacted whether we added 2 new categories or more categories. Dan Busetti/Qwest said it would not make a difference. Kathy Stichter/Eschelon also asked whether you choose from a "pull down" menu and Dan Busetti/Qwest said yes. Lynn Stecklein will forward the information from Dan Busetti to Kathy Stichter/Eschelon.

RE: SCR052202-02 (CEMR to add trouble category of static/noise for Design Services Tickets)

Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request SCR052202-02. Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held May 28, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 200 to 750 hours for this CEMR Change Request.

Qwest is still in the process of evaluating the impact of this proposed change to Local Network operations. If such an impact is found to exist, Qwest will notify CMP participants through the Monthly Systems CMP Meeting.

At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest’s further evaluation of this Change Request. Upon obtaining consensus from CMP participants as to the appropriate direction for Qwest to take on this Change Request, Qwest will review release schedules and development timetables in an effort to evaluate options for potential scheduling of Change Request SCR052202-02.

Sincerely, Jeff Thompson Qwest, Information Technologies
