The completed Prioritization Forms are to be submitted to the cmpcr@qwest.com mailbox, no more that 3 business days following Qwest’s distribution of the prioritization form. Peggy then noted that the highest point value, 19, should be assigned to the CR that you wish to be implemented first. -- June 21, 2006 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Kelly Leverich-Electric Light Wave presented the CR and noted that the Clarification Call had been held on June 5th. Kelly stated that during the Clarification call, she specified that this request is for Directory Listings only, in the GUI, and stated that Qwest said that this request would also be for IMA XML. Mark Coyne-Qwest asked for questions. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon asked Kelly (Leverich-Electric Light Wave) to explain the non-standard TN field, and asked for the rules. Kelly Leverich-Electric Light Wave stated that they are requesting this in order to be able to have vanity telephone numbers. Kelly then stated that this would enable them to meet requirements for more customer options. Kelly then noted that she was unable to research why they currently could not use the Q or Z. Kim Isaacs-Eschelon stated that it was probably due to the Q and Z not being on phone pads. Kim then asked if this would include FBDL. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest stated that this was looked at for all Directory Listings. Jeff Sonnier-Sprint asked if this would also be for EDI. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest stated that the request was for GUI and would also be done for XML, as it would be eligible for 21.0 prioritization. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the LOE for this request is 90 - 150 hours and that the status moves to Pending Prioritization. There were no further questions or comments.
