Description Of Change
As it stands right now in order to do a template the order must be in a pending status, which means you must save the order, close that field, go to the OPEN LSR field, open the order you have pending and than it gives you the option to use it as a template. If the process could be change so the USE AS TEMPLATE field is available after saving your LSR instead of having to go and pull it back up from the pending status would improve the time it take to process an order.

Expected Deliverables:Comfirmation if it is possible to make that change.

Project Meetings

October 20, 2004 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Integra has withdrawn this CR and asked if there was any dissent to the withdrawal. There was no dissent to withdraw. This CR moves to Withdrawn Status.

September 13, 2004 Email Sent to Bill Littler at Integra: Good Afternoon Bill, Thank you for your response. I will place your CMP CR, SCR060402-03, in Pending Withdrawal status. The CR will then be withdrawn at the October Systems CMP Meeting. We had to post the September distribution package by noon on Friday and did not receive your email in time to make the September package. October’s meeting will work just as well. If you feel at a later date, that you would like to pursue your request, you can certainly issue a new CR, at that time. Again, thanks for your response and your CR will be withdrawn at the October Systems CMP Meeting. Peggy Esquibel-Reed Qwest Wholesale CMP CRPM - Systems

September 10, 2004 Email Received from Bill Littler at Integra: Peggy, If withdrawn, can it be re-activated at some later date as a new CR? Clearly we were not able to get this prioritized two years ago when I was in regular attendance, and there is less chance now, thus I must assume that this holds little interest for other CLECs. Withdraw the CR and we will re-initiate the process if we determine we can support it better in the CMP. Thanks, Bill

September 7, 2004 Email Sent to Bill Littler at Integra: Hi Bill, I believe that Lisa Remme is checking with you to see if Integra still has an interest in a CMP CR that was submitted by Scott Ambrose over 2-years ago. It is SCR060402-03 Change the Way IMA Allows the CLEC to Utilize the Template Option. A copy of the CR is attached for your reference, review, and decision. Please advise if the CR is no longer wanted/needed by Integra and I will place the CR in Pending Withdrawal status for withdrawal at the September Systems CMP Meeting. If you still want the CR to remain active for future prioritizations, please advise me of that as well. Thanks much, Peggy Esquibel-Reed Qwest CMPCRPM - Systems

August 26, 2004 Email Sent to Integra: From: Stecklein, Lynn Sent: Thursday, August 26, 2004 11:03 AM To: Lisa Remme Cc: Esquibel-Reed, Peggy Subject: SCR060402-03 Change the way IMA allows the CLEC to utilize the template option Hi Lisa, The reason for my e-mail is to determine if Integra still has an interest in keeping the attached change request open. Your change request has gone through several prioritizations and has not been ranked high enough by the CLEC Community to be voted into any IMA Releases. In addition, Integra no longer participates in the Monthly Change Management Meetings. Please let me know if you would like to withdraw or keep this CR open and I will take the necessary steps. Thanks, Lynn Stecklein CRPM - Systems 303 382-5770 Lynn.Stecklein@qwest.com

July 22, 2004 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest would distribute the ballot on July 27th, it is due back to Qwest on July 30th, and Qwest would email the initial prioritization list to the CLECs on August 3rd. There were no questions. The CR Originator was not on the conference bridge. There were no questions.

February 19, 2004 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion Excerpt (Attachments H & J): Judy Schultz/Qwest stated that she wanted to provide an update to the funding approval process that was discussed in the January CMP Systems Meeting. Judy referred everyone to Attachment J in the Distribution Package. She stated that all CRs are being re-evaluated and must be approved. Judy said that CRs could not be scheduled without approval. Judy stated that the CRs with an impact to the IMA interface would follow the existing prioritization process. Judy noted that the funding for IMA 15.0 and IMA 16.0 has been approved, as well as funding to begin work on IMA 17.0.

January Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: There were no comments or questions for this CR.

August 21, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Bill Littler/Integra stated that Integra had moderate interest in this CR

March 20, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion Regarding IMA 14.0 Prioritization: There were no questions or comments on this CR.

December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the prioritization process as defined in the CMP document. She noted that December 30th, 2002 is the due date for submitted votes. Judy Schultz/Qwest noted that the due date would be included in the instructions in the notification that goes out with the ballot. Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the sample prioritization form. Terry Bahner/AT&T asked if anyone in the room know anything about this. Liz Balvin/WorldCom said that this is asking for LSR templates. Beth King/Qwest said that it’s asking for another option, it’s a first screen pull down. Wendy Green/Qwest said that there was a different CR concerning templates. Connie Winston/Qwest said that it didn’t do too bad in the last ranking.

Clarification call 6/13/02: Attendees were: Scott Ambrose - Integra Berkley Loggie - Qwest J.J. Bradley - Qwest Mark Routh - Qwest

Introduction of Attendees Introduction of the participants on the Conference Call were made and the purpose of the call discussed

Review Requested (Description of) Change J.J asked if Qwest could use the current flow of using the LSR to do this, providing a Yes or No question to the CLEC to use the LSR as a template. Scott indicated that that would work. He indicated that today, the CLEC has to save and exit the LSR before they can use it as a template. He would like to be able to save it and then be able to use it as a template without having to exit and reopen it first. He mentioned that if the LSR has been saved, it should be in pending status instead of having to close the order first. Scott and J.J. confirmed that this would be used mostly for Disconnects but would also be used for LNP.
