ASOG 51 Industry Changes:

The CORA ASR Gateway application is being updated to support changes for ASOG 51, including ASOG, Mech Spec and UOM-ASR Schema changes as mandated by OBF. Details of the ASOG 51 industry changes can be found at: http://www.atis.org/. New or changed fields and forms being added to the ASOG form package are as follows:

• ACCESS ORD field was added to the CONFIRMATION form.

• ACCESS-CKT field was added to the ACI and CONFIRMATION forms.

• ACT field on ASR form modified valid entries.

• ACTL field on ASR form modified USAGE NOTES to support DIS, PIP and PVC forms.

• AFO field on ASR modified valid entries.

• APOT field on ASR form added definition NOTE 4.

• ASC-EC field on ASR form modified usage NOTE 1.

• ASN field on EVC form modified usage NOTE 1.

• ASR ordering forms were modified to add the DIS, PIP and PVC.

• CEV-CP modified field definition on the EVC form for MEF reference document 26.1.

• CKR field on ASR form modified usage NOTE 1.

• CMI-I modified field definition on the EVC form to add clarification for the UNI end point.

• CNO modified field on the ASR, CN forms to increase field length to 16 characters and add supporting examples.

• DLCI field on CONFIRMATION form modified usage NOTE 1, 2, 3.

• EASBDW field on ACI form added.

• ECCKT field on ASR form modified usage NOTE 1 for reference to PVCI field.

• EPS field added to EVC form.

• ES field on ACI form modified usage NOTE 1, 2, 3 in support of new forms.

• EU field added to ASR form.

• EUNAME field on SALI form added usage NOTE 5 to require when EU field is “Y”.

• EVCI field on ASR form modified to remove reference to Ethernet Virtual Connection as well as modification to VALID ENTRIES and USAGE NOTES to support new DIS, PVC and PIP forms.

• EVCMPID modified definition notes on the EVC form to clarify MEF reference to 26.1.

• IP ADDRESS modified definition on the SES, ACI form to change wording from Internet Protocol Version to Internet Protocol Address.

• IPAI modified definition and usage notes on ACI form.

• IPAI2 added new field to ACI form.

• LAG modified usage NOTE 1 on ASR form to add REQTYP of “D”.

• LAG-ID modified usage NOTE 1 on EUSA, SES and TRANSPORT forms to “Required when the LAG field on the ASR Form is “E”, otherwise optional.

• LAG-P modified definition NOTE 1 on EUSA, SES and TRANSPORT to add MEF reference document 10.3.

• MSFS modified field name from UNI-MSFS to MSFS on EVC, SES, EUSA, TRANSPORT, ACI. Field definition was modified to

- Add MEF reference document 26.1.

- Add additional clarification of application to OVC and ENNI services.

- Removed reference to UNI in Maximum Frame Size Value.

- Updated Example to reflect frame size of 1526.

• NCON modified usage NOTE 3 on SALI form for optional when EU field on ASR form is “Y”.

• NPVC added field to ASR form.

• NUT field modified valid entries NOTE 1 and 2.

• OFC field added to ACI (PRILOC/SECLOC), SALI form.

• P-BIT modified definition on EVC form to add OVC to reference.

• PI modified valid entries NOTE 3 on SALI form to indicate “Required when the EU field on the ASR form is “Y”.

• PROFE field on ACI form modified usage NOTE 1.

• PVCI field added to ASR form.

• QSA field on ASR form added description NOTE 2 for QSA cannot be greater than “01” when the REQTYP field is “D” or “P”, modified USAGE notes.

• QTY field on ASR modified definition NOTE 10 QTY will be associated to the Port and must be equal to one (1) when PVCI field is “B. (NPVC field is associated to the number of PVCs and is not limited to one (1).). Modified Usage NOTES to support new ASR forms.

• REF NUM modified on CNR form to remove reference to EVC.

• REQTYP modified on ASR form to add new types of D and P.

• RTR modified on ASR form on valid entries NOTE 1, 2 for reference to PVCI field.

• SASN modified on SALI form on usage NOTE 1 for new REQTYPEs of D and P.

• SECLOC modified on CONFIRMATION form for usage NOTE 1, 2 and 3.

• SUBNET MASK2 added new field on ACI form.

• SPEC modified on ASR form to prohibit when PVCI field is A.

• SRN on ASR was altered on form location from field 29 to field 49.

• UREF on CNR form modified NOTE 1 to remove reference to EVC.

• VC CKR field renamed from EVC CKR field on CONFIRMATION form.

• VC ID field renamed from EVC ID field on CONFIRMATION form.

• VC ORD field renamed from EVC ORD field on CONFIRMATION form.

• VC NUM renamed from EVC/VC NU field on CONFIRMATION, CLARIFICATION form.

• VPN-NM added field to EVC form.

• WACD1 added field on SES form.

Company Specific Edits:

New CORA Pre-Order Validations - None

New CORA GUI and ASR Gateway Validations:

• Adding new REQTYP of D = Dedicated Internet Service (DIS) and P = Private Internet Protocol (PIP) Service, PIP Stand Alone Ethernet Virtual Connection (EVC), PIP Stand Alone Permanent Virtual Connection (PVC) – CenturyLink specific validation - This field is not used and is prohibited.

• Add ASR.SPEC code "ETHTSAA" for REQTYP = “E” or “S”. If the Ethernet Port Over SONET NC Code is KQPC, KRSY, KRSB, KQPD, KRPZ, KRRA, KRPF, KRRB, KRPI, KRRC, KRP0, KRRD, KRPU, or KRRG, SPEC of ETHTSAA is required.

• Add ASR.SPEC codes "ONTLS", "ONNONT", and "ONSVM "as valid entries. If the SPEC field on the ASR form is "ONTLS", or "ONNONT", or "ONSVM", the RPON field on the ASR form is required.

• Add the following fields on the ASR form:

- EU, PVCI, NPVC

- Add CenturyLink Specific Usage –These fields are not used and are prohibited

• Add the following fields on the ACI form:

- OFC, OFC PRILOC, IPAI2, SUBNET MASK2, ACCESS-CKT, EASBDW

- Add CenturyLink Specific Usage –These fields are not used and are prohibited

• Add the following fields on the SALI form:

- OFC

- Add CenturyLink Specific Usage – This field is not used and is prohibited

• Add the following fields on the EVC form:

- EPS, VPN-NM

- Add CenturyLink Specific Usage –These fields are not used and are prohibited

• Add WACD1 to the SES Form – This field is conditional. Required when the service being ordered is cross-connected to an existing service of equal value, otherwise prohibited.

• LAG-ID Usage Note Change for Transport, SES, and EUSA forms

- From: Required when LAG field on the ASR Form is “E”, otherwise prohibited

- To: Required when LAG field on the ASR Form is “E”, otherwise optional

• Modify IP Address Definition on the ACI and SES forms

- From: Identifies the Internet Protocol Version Address within the network interface device at a host or end user location for Ethernet based service.

Project Meetings

10/21/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the CORA Release 26.0 was implemented on September 21, 2015. We would like to move this CR to a Completed Status. Mark asked if there were any objections. There were none.

09/16/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said that CORA Release 26.0 Testing was available August 22, 2015, the Draft GUI documentation was issued August 24, 2015 with the Release effective date next Monday, September 21, 2015.

08/19/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Susan Lorence – CenturyLink said that the Final Technical Specifications were issued August 7, 2015 and that CORA Release 26.0 Testing would be available August 22, 2015. The Draft GUI documentation will be issued August 24, 2015.

07/15/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said this CR was presented last month but has since been revised.

Paul Schlachter - CenturyLink then reviewed the updates to the Description section of the CR under “CORA GUI Changes” dated 7/8/15. Paul said the updates are associated with the Ethernet Port over Sonet product.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the Draft Technical Specifications were sent on July 10, 2015 and the changes just reviewed were included in the draft documents. The technical walkthrough is scheduled for July 20, 2015 and it has been posted to the Wholesale calendar along with the Customer presentation.

6/17/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting

Letty Walker – CenturyLink presented the new CR associated with CORA Release 26.0 scheduled for September 21, 2015. Letty relayed that ASOG 51 included a number of industry changes and provided the ATIS Issue Numbers and the high level impact of each change:

Letty said there were also some ATIS changes associated with Technical references that had broad impacts. The changes listed in the CR are the impacts as a result of each ATIS Issue. Letty said further details about each Issue can be found at www.ATIS.org or the CenturyLink SME team can be contacted. Letty asked if there were any questions.

Lynn Denton – Windstream asked for a CenturyLink contact in case Windstream had questions after the information was reviewed.

Paul Schlacter - CenturyLink then began review of the CenturyLink specific changes in CORA Release 26.0.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked for confirmation that the Spec codes will remain the same when CORA transitions to EASE. Kim asked if the Industry Release will be ASOG 52 when CenturyLink transitions to EASE.

Diane Morrell – CenturyLink said yes the Spec codes will remain the same.

Tracy Strombotne - CenturyLink said that ASOG 52 would be the release and that technical specifications will be provided in November.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said as CenturyLink implements ASOG 51 that the hope is that CenturyLink stays close to what will be in EASE which will make the transition easier.

Paul Schlacter - CenturyLink continued review of the CenturyLink specific changes. He asked if there were any questions. There were none.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the Draft Technical Specifications will be sent on July 10 with the release effective date of September 21, 2015.
