The QORA ASR Gateway application needs to be updated to support changes for ASOG 39, including ASOG, Mech Spec and UOM-ASR Schema changes as mandated by OBF.

Details of the ASOG 39 industry changes can be found at: http://www.atis.org/

Qwest Specific Edits: The following changes that are customer affecting are also being implemented.

New QORA Pre-Order Validations

- WKTEL format Validation – The Pre-Order Address Validation by WKTEL service shall no longer accept the non-Industry Standard WKTEL format of 12 characters (with embedded dashes). Instead, the ASR Gateway Pre-Order Address Validation by WKTEL service shall ONLY accept the Industry Standard WKTEL format of 10 characters (no embedded dashes).

New QORA GUI and ASR Gateway Validations

- Qwest is implementing an edit to validate the PNUM field on the ASR form for all Forbearance products. If the PNUM is invalid the ASR shall be rejected.

- When SUP = 2, the system shall validate fields have not changed with the exception of ASR.DDD and ASR.EXP. If additional fields have been changed, the ASR is rejected.

- CCEA/SSEA Validation –The system shall perform a busy check on the CCEA/SCCEA on all product specific forms for original submission of the ASR and sup 2, 3, 4. If the slot is BUSY or the CCEA/SCCEA is not found, the ASR will be rejected.

- CFA/CCEA Validation – The system will reject the ASR when both the CFA and the CCEA are populated.

- Optical CFA Validation – The system shall validate the CFA for OC facility types. If CFA is no found or is busy the ASR will be rejected.

- TCIC Validation – The system will validate that the total number of TCICs on the Trunking screen and ACI screen equal the total number of TCICs on the QTY field. If the quantity does not match the ASR will be rejected with an error “QTY must equal the total number of TCIC(s) present on the Trunking and ACI Form(s)”.

- SFNI Validation – They system shall adjust the following rules for the SFNI validation:

- EUS.SFNI is required when UNE is blank and the 1st 2 char of CFA (SECLOC) are HN or GM and 1st char of 2nd delimited position is W or OC, otherwise prohibited and the ASR will be rejected. The ACT field in the ASR form is N or C.

- TRANS.SFNI is required when UNE is blank and 1st 2 char of SCFA are HN or GM and 1st char of 2nd delimited position is W or OC, otherwise prohibited and the ASR will be rejected. The ACT field in the ASR form is N or C.

- TRK.SFNI is required when UNE is blank and 1st 2 char of SCFA are HN or GM and 1st char of 2nd delimited position is W or OC, otherwise prohibited and the ASR will be rejected. The ACT field in the ASR form is N or C.

- SMUXLOC Validation – They system shall add the following rules for SMUXLOC validation:

- EUS.SMUXLOC is required when UNE is blank and 1st 2 char of CFA (SECLOC) are HN or GM and 1st char of 2nd delimited position is W or OC and ACT field in the ASR form is N, C or T, otherwise optional.

- TRANS.SMUXLOC is required when UNE is blank and 1st 2 char of SCFA are HN or GM and 1st char of 2nd delimited position is W or OC and ACT field in the ASR form is N, C or T, otherwise optional.

- TRK.SMUXLOC is required when UNE is blank and 1st 2 char of SCFA are HN or GM and 1st char of 2nd delimited position is W or OC and ACT field in the ASR form is N, C or T, otherwise optional.

- CFA/SCFA Validation – Qwest is implementing an edit to validate on REQTYP M or that the SCFA is a lower speed than the CFA. If the SCFA is higher or equal to the CFA, the ASR will be rejected. When the SCFA has a higher capacity than the CFA capacity, the ASR will be rejected

QORA GUI Report enhancements

- On the “Reports” tab in the QORA GUI, Qwest has added a checkbox item to "Information to Display:" criteria to include INIT (initiator). The reporting query will also include INIT in selection criteria only when INIT is checked.
