When processing an LSR, if a CLEC has a question on how to populate a field on the LSR, the CLEC has to go to a different source and spend time searching for information in the Qwest LSOG documentation that relates to each LSR field. This LSOG provides critical information for each field on an LSR. By placing a link to the Qwest LSOG data for each field, it would allow the CLEC processing the order quick and accurate information on how to populate the field with the required information. This will increase order accuracy, enhancing flow through success and reduce rejects for the CLEC's. Qwest and the CLEC's will become more efficient and reduce the cost of doing business.

| 5/22/03 Systems CMP Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest said that we re-patched on 5/19/03. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked Kim Isaacs/Eschelon if she tested this. Kim said that she did test and it is working. The links are now to the correct LSOG version. Connie Winston/Qwest said thank you and that we had to put a process change in so that when the QLSOG is updating, we are linking at the correct time. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that Eschelon was ok to close this CR. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said that she was also ok to close the CR. Connie Winston/Qwest said that if you find a problem that they could open a trouble ticket. This CR will be closed. 4/17/03 Systems CMP Meeting John Gallegos/Qwest said that the LSOG link issue would remain as an open issue. A notification was sent as a Sev 3 regarding this issue. Kim Isaacs/Eschelon will review the notice. This CR will remain open. 7/18/02 Systems CMP Meeting SCR062702-08 Update IMA to add a link to the LSOG on each field in IMA. (Originated by Eschelon) Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon reviewed this change request. Eschelon is asking Qwest to update IMA to add a link to the LSOG on each field in IMA. Terry Wicks/Allegiance asked if this would be hover tool on each field. Jeff Thompson/Qwest said that this is a browser-based tool Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked if this would be Business Rules or Qwest LSOG. Jeff Thompson/Qwest said that this would be for Qwest LSOG and will use a hyperlink. Alan Flanigan/Time Warner Telecom asked if a hyperlink was better than a Database. Jeff Thompson/Qwest advised yes. Michael Buck/Qwest said that Qwest understands the request and has provided an LOE in the CR response. The status of this change request will be changed to Pending Prioritization. 6/26/02 Clarification Meeting Request that each field name provide a link to the LSOG description of that field (intelligent help at a field level). Michael Buck/Qwest mentioned that there is a related CR and it sounded like the related CR was requesting a glossary of definitions at a field level which is similar but not exactly the same. The biggest challenge would be finding a way to link the LSOG with IMA. Would IMA have to store a copy of the LSOG or link to a server that contains the LSOG? Need to investigate what happens if the LSOG changes or the field changes. Also, need to ensure the link is maintained correctly.

| DRAFT Response July 9, 2002 RE: SCR062702-08 Update IMA to add a link to the LSOG on each field in IMA Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Change Request (SCR062702-08). Based upon the scope of this CR as agreed to in the Clarification Meeting (held June 26, 2002) Qwest is able to provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) of 2225 to 3700 hours for this IMA Change Request. At the next Monthly Systems CMP Meeting, CMP participants will be given the opportunity to comment on this Change Request and provide additional clarifications. Any clarifications and/or modifications identified at that time will be incorporated into Qwest's further evaluation of this Change Request.
