Project Meetings

7/17/13 System Monthly Meeting Denise Martinez – CenturyLink presented the new CR associated with MTG enhancements as listed in the CR. She said CenturyLink will be utilizing the Special Change Request Process (SCRP) to fund this CR since there is no remaining 2013 CMP budget for Repair systems. Denise indicated that CenturyLink would like to implement this CR before the end of the year and asked if there were any questions. There were none.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said we would update the OSS calendar for the August meeting once we know the MTG release timeline. Kim Isaacs – Integra asked if the CR impacts both the GUI and the XML application.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink said it is only applicable to MTG not the GUI.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said she thought the GUI utilized the MTG functionality.

Denise Martinez – CenturyLink said she would take the question back to the SME team. A response would be provided in the meeting minutes.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink asked if there were any other questions. There were none.

FOLLOW-UP NOTE: The current Authorization and Access Hours functionalities are slightly different in the GUI/CEMR-MTG vs. APP to APP/MTG today.

Currently, the GUI/CEMR-MTG: • Does not allow for Authorization input. It is implied based on the creation of the repair ticket. • Allows for Access Hours input for Today, Tomorrow, and the Day After.

Currently, the APP to APP/MTG: • Does allow for several Authorization (After Hours Repair, After Hours Standby, Dispatch, Test Authorization, etc.) inputs. • Allows for a full week of Access Hours input (Sunday through Saturday).

The proposed update is only for the APP to APP/MTG users which will allow: • CLECs can send one Authorization Item section for all authorization Types which are being granted or denied. There will be no need to send separate sections for each authorization Type as required today.

• CLECs can send one transaction for access hours for all days of the week rather than multiple transactions for each day of the week that is being requested.

CLECs will be able to send multiple transactions as they do today or take advantage of the one transaction per each repair ticket for authorizations or access. END FOLLOW-UP NOTE **
