Currently Billmate truncates characters on the circuit id and circuit location in the SVCEQP.DET file. Qwest will increase the size of the Billmate data in columns 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 by 5 bytes. This will allow the existing circuit id characters to be on one line and will no longer truncate. This will not change the current circuit id information. This change is only to allow that data to be on one line.

| November 14, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Susan Lorence-Qwest stated that the following CRs would move to a CLEC Test status by the end of the week - Implementation Date 11/10/07. October 17, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest reviewed the following change requests and associated implementation dates. SCR070307-01IG Changing Billmate CSR Data - Implementation Date - 11/10/07 September 5, 2007 Meeting Minutes: Qwest/CLEC Walkthrough for the November 10, 2007 Billing Release Facilitated by Art Elser-Qwest As announced in the August 29, 2007, 73-Day Notification for the November 10 CRIS release, Qwest opened a conference bridge for a CLEC walkthrough of SCR070307-01IG: SCR070307-01IG: The Billmate data layout will be revised to more clearly identify the circuit ID. Today, in the SVCEQP.DET file, columns 7-12 truncate the circuit ID data causing the information to appear on two separate lines. Effective with the November 10th CRIS release, columns 7-12 will have 5 bytes added to each column. This will then allow the circuit ID to be on one line. This change will not impact the current information provided within the circuit ID. On the call from Qwest were: Wendy Thurnau, Lynn Stecklein, Matt Osielski, and Art Elser. We opened the bridge at 1:28. Two CLECs called: Sherry Zheng from Neustar Annette Jensen from Integra Sherry said she just joined Neustar, had not been on this kind of call before, and had no questions about the changes to Billmate, so she dropped from the bridge. Annette is new at Integra and had no questions about SCR070307-01IG. She did, however, want information about a Billmate user guide, so Wendy took Annette's phone number (503-453-8330) and said she would contact Annette for an address and send a copy of the Billmate user guide. Annette then dropped from the bridge. There being no other CLECs on the call, we closed the bridge at 1:41.
July 18, 2007 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Wendy Thurnau-Qwest presented the CR and noted that it is targeted for the November 10th Release. Wendy asked for questions. There were none.

Based upon information for this Change Request, the Level of Effort for this effort is 350 - 500 hours. This Industry Guideline CR is currently targeted for the November 10, 2007 Billing Release.
