Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR was completed on 3/17/08 and that we would like to close. There were no objections to closure.

3/19/08 Systems CMP Meeting

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR was implemented on 3/17/08 and will move to CLEC Test.

2/20/08 Systems CMP Meeting

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the targeted implementation date for this CR is 3/17/08.

9/19/07 Systems CMP Meeting

Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this request is targeted for the 11.0 QORA release in March of 2008.

8/15/07 Systems CMP Meeting

Janet Harper-Bresnan Communications stated that this CR is requesting that the expedite field be cleared when the copy to new function is used. She said the problem is that this field is very small and when they (8/21/07 - Comments received from Bresnan) copy an order and that field is checked it’s easy to overlook. She said that Bresnan has overlooked this field twice when copying and in those instances they did not want to expedite the order. The expedite charges incurred were sizeable, $1000. Bresnan feels they are not the only customer who has incurred this error and this field should be reviewed each time an order is placed. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the clarification meeting was held at the end of July and that we are looking at the request internally. He said that we will provide a response in September.

7/31/07 Clarification Meeting

Attendees: Janet Harper-Bresnan Communications, Lynn Stecklein- Qwest, Cassandra Hunt-Qwest, Steve Edwards-Qwest, Laurie Dalton-Qwest

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest stated that the purpose of this meeting is to clarify the request submitted by Bresnan Communications July 26. 2007. She said that the title of this CR is 'Clear Expedite Field in QORA' . She said that the description states that Bresnan wants to 'Clear Expedite Field when Copy to New Function is used in QORA'. Lynn asked if there were any questions from Qwest.

Laurie Dalton-Qwest restated Bresnan's request. She said that if there is an existing ASR that already has the expedite field populated, you want the field blanked out when copied.

Janet Harper-Bresnan Communications said yes and that it needs to be reviewed for every order. She said that it is a small field and is easy to overlook. Janet said that she has done this twice and the cost is substantial = $1000k each.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest asked if there were any other questions.

Steve Edwards-Qwest stated that he reviewed the request and totally understands what Bresnan Communications is requesting.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest asked if Bresnan Communications would be presenting this CR in the August 15th meeting.

Janet Harper-Bresnan Communicastions said that she could be there.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest stated that Bresnan Communications could get information and details on the Wholesale Website and that the distribution packages would be posted the Friday prior to the Wednesday meeting.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest confirmed the interface was QORA and asked what products would be impacted.

Janet Harper-Bresnan Communications stated that it would impact any product ordered on the ASR. Janet asked what the next step was for the CR once she presents in the August Meeting.

Lynn Stecklein-Qwest stated that if the CR is accepted and proceeded the CR would be scheduled in a QORA release.
