Currently, IMA provides Estimated Start Time for Installation status.

This proposed functionality will additionally allow CEMR users to mechanically check tech status associated to Repairs via CEMR rather than manually placing calls to the Centers.

Project Meetings

04/20/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest said the CEMR release went in on March 20, 2011 and we propose moving the CR to Completed status. There were no objections.

03/15/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne - Qwest said CEMR SCR081910-2 CEMR – Where is my Tech status for Repair will deploy March 20, 2011 and the QORA SCR111610-2IG, ASOG 42 Industry Release/QORA and ASR Gateway, would deploy on March 21, 2011.

Denise Martinez – Qwest reminded participants that for the CEMR CR – Where is my Tech status for Repair that was being implemented this weekend, it was similar to functionality that had been implemented in IMA. She said it is a simple query that will provide similar detail regarding the Tech information.

09/15/10 Systems CMP Meeting Lisa Preble – Qwest presented this CR on behalf of Denise Martinez. Lisa indicated that currently, IMA provides Estimated Start Time for Installation status. This proposed functionality will additionally allow CEMR users to mechanically check tech status associated to repairs via CEMR rather than manually placing calls to the Centers. The expected delivery date is March/April 2011.
